Situated in the centre of the city, the convention complex is equipped with the most up-to-date technology. It includes a small theatre seating 100 persons and a side room; on the ground floor we have an auditorium seating 1130 persons and two adjacent rooms. On the first floor there is a large 830 sq.m. room with dividing walls, an additional room holding 100 people also with dividing walls, and a small room for small business meetings. Besides the management of the conference rooms, the personnel of the Palazzo dei Congressi is also concerned about your hotel reservation requirements and in organising all sorts of recreation activities. Services: Hotel booking for fairs and congresses; multilingual guides and hostesses; simultaneous translation service; transfers and rental of cars, minibuses and coaches; customised group programs; tours, social programs and special events; organization advice and exhibition set-up. (1) The booking of the rooms for more consecutive days entitles to a reduction (not accumulable) (2) The booking of the rooms in July and August entitles to a reduction of 20% (not accumulable) (3) In occasion of banquets of receptions the rooms are free of charge (4) The hall is capable of being modulated into three parts and each one is rentabel separately (prices on request).
